Administrators have permissions to manage users on the Vetsource Payments platform.
Navigate to Settings by clicking your practice name at the top left corner and find the User Management tab.
Create a user by clicking the Add New User button.
Edit or delete a user by clicking the 3 vertical dots to the right of the user.
To add a new user,
Provide a unique username.
Input the user's email address.
Choose a role. Staff roles have limited access to Settings, Reports, and Statements.
The PIMS Initials field is optional. It should match the user ID in Avimark to display the staff member's full name with payment transactions. Otherwise is will display the Avimark user ID.
Leave the New password and Confirm your new password fields blank.
Click Create user to submit the form.
Your new user will receive an email to complete the account set up.
To recover a lost password, use the Forgot your password? link on the log in page.
