Managing Pending and Expired Pay-by-link Requests (Avimark)

Select the Reports tab and click PBL Request on the right side of the screen.

Pending links are those that are still active and awaiting payment from your client. The 3-dotted menu to the right of each link gives you the option to resend a link, change the payment method or cancel the link.
Expired links are no longer active and have not been paid by your client. You have the same 3 options to resend, cancel or change the payment method.

Resending the link resets the expiration timer. You can also change from email to text or vice versa.

If you cancel a link, you may need to remove the pay by link payment in Avimark and create a new payment method to collect a payment.
If you choose to change the payment method, select Credit, debit & supported e-Wallets to complete your payment collection. Options to save the card on file and manual card entry are also supported.

Remember to update your Avimark payment method and amount when changing the payment method.
